Fixed price for trash out and property evaluation services within 20 miles of the I-20/I-285 including:

• Written inspection checklist report of existing conditions in email
• 10 digital photographs of existing conditions in email
•  Trash removal up to 9 cubic yards (equivalent to 3 small dumpsters)
•   Yard cutting for a maximum 7200 sq lot (front and back yard mowing)
• Re-key house door locks (up to 3 locks)
• Padlock yard gate
• Secure all operating windows and doors
•  Safety Check (list any obvious electrical hazards, broken handrail, swimming pool, broken windows, etc.)
•   Recommended phase Stage work

RAS offers a comprehensive list of services on an as-needed scope of work basis identified in the Phase I Gold Package. As licensed general contractors, RAS can provide task specific cost proposal for prior authorization pertaining to a wide variety of services to enhance the marketing

plan for the property:

·         Fallen tree removal

·         Fence & gate repairs

·         Hazardous pools pumped

·         Prune lower tree branches (up to 3” in diameter)

·         Flammable & household waste removal

·         Removal of abandoned vehicles

·         Tile repair/replacement

·         Window repair

·         Cabinet repair

·         Deck repair

·         Roof repair

·         Garage door repair
